• Darable 100%welded waterproof pannier
• Expandable cargo net for helmet, shoes, ect
• Locking three- point system fits most bike racks
• Welded waterproof liner with durable neylon shell
• 1050D Nylon outer,1000D trap liner
• Mounting hardware is compatible of racks with tubing diameter 6-12mm
• Three- point rack attachment system with 4- position horizontal adjustment twist hooks
• Lower catch hook can be postined left or riht facing at any point on the horzonal rail
