If you change your mind about your order, you have up to 14 days to return it to us. It must be unused/unassembled and in its original packaging and condition.

For the quickest response and help with returning your item, please email our customer service team at <webshop@bricklanebikes.mom>. You’ll also find a returns slip with your delivery, which you can complete and send your item(s) back directly. Once we have received your returns, we will provide a full refund within 5 working days. We regret that we cannot cover the cost of postage of items back to us.
